Men & Women under 200 lbs:

Breakfast: Ideal Protein Meal + Supplements

Mid-morning Snack: IP Low Carb Snack

Lunch: IP Meal + 3 oz. protein + 2 Cups Veggies (from list)

Mid-afternoon Snack: IP High Carb Snack

Dinner: 5 oz protein & 2 cups veggies (from list) + Supplements

CALORIES: 1200 (1500 on workout days) Cost: $595

Men & Women over 200 lbs:

Breakfast: Ideal Protein Meal

Mid-morning Snack: IP Low Carb Snack

Lunch: IP Meal + 4 oz. protein + 2 Cups Veggies (from list)
